30-Day Return Policy
  We offer a 30-day return policy.  

  You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn or unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags, and in the original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.

Returns  must be sent to our designated address
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.    Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.     If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personal care goods (beauty products)
• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original item first. Once approved, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.     Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.     Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
